Ulises Ruiz Ortiz (URO) will be coming to town
According to La Jornada Ulises Ruiz Ortiz and other mexican governors will be coming to the States due to a comission from the Conferencia Nacional de Gobernadores. The comission will meet with there Mexican consulants in Los Angeles, Chicago, New York, and Dallas to find out what there opinions are on the U.S. immigration reform.
